How can I recover my password?

No worries! Here’s how to reset your password in a few simple steps on our casino:

                            I want to change my deposit limit – what should I do?

                            Since 20 October 2022, the legal weekly deposit limit is set at €200. You can change or remove this limit at any time in your player account, under the "Limits" section.

                            To increase or remove this limit, an automatic verification is carried out by the Gaming Commission via the National Bank of Belgium (NBB).

                            If your request is approved, the new limit will be applied after a 72-hour delay.

                            If you lower your deposit limit, the change takes effect immediately.
